While we are not able to confirm your session details right away, you will be able to refer to the Riversymposium website program in due course which will include your session date and time. Please note: This program may change so please ensure you check the program regularly in the lead up to the Riversymposium to confirm your presentation time.

Once your registration and payment has been confirmed, you will receive your login details for our eOrganiser portal. This will allow you to prepare your presentation directly into our system. You will be able to save your progress and complete at a later stage. Your completed presentation should be in the system no later than Monday, 30 September.
Speakers for any given session are asked to sit at the table on-stage, or in a row nearest the stage, at least 10 minutes prior to their presentation so that change-over times are as short as possible.
Standard audio visual equipment has been booked for the duration of the Riversymposium. This includes:
You will be given a remote to press when you want to move to the next slide. This ensures you can move around the stage while maintaining control of your own slideshow.
A dedicated Speakers’ Lounge will be onsite. An experienced audio-visual technician will be available to assist with any technical issues to your presentation, however all presentations must be on the eOrganiser system no later than Monday, 30 September 2019.
