Study Tour Terms & Conditions

Inclusions

• Study tour costs include specified accommodation, all meals and travel within the tour
• Flights to and from the tour location are not included
• Participants may purchase additional tickets to bring guests

Visa and insurance

• All participants must have a valid passport and, if attending the Nepal tour, the correct visa to enter Nepal.
• All participants must also arrange their own health and/or travel insurance for the duration of the tour.

Cancellation policy

• Should an attendee request to cancel their place on the tour, no refunds will be provided. As an alternative to cancellation, your attendance on the tour may be transferred to another person without penalty.
• The International RiverFoundation reserves the right to cancel any tour if minimum numbers are not met. If the providers cancel the tour, your ticket(s) will be fully refunded.

Payment conditions

• All prices are in Australian dollars.
• Payment is accepted via credit card with a fee applicable to all transactions.
• If you are unable to pay via credit card, you may select ‘invoice’ and pay via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). If this is chosen, payment must be made within 14 days.

Photography

• Images taken of attendees during the 19th International Riversymposium study tours may be used for communication and marketing purposes.
