A special discounted subsidy is available to individuals from countries that qualify for Tier 1 (Himalaya, Mekong & United Nations Least Developed Countries) whose financial limitations would otherwise prevent them from attending, enabling them to pay only the prices listed for the Symposium Subsidy. Like the tiered pricing structure, the subsidy aims to maximise the opportunity to attend at and speak at Riversymposium. Applicants will be selected on merit, diversity and offering for the symposium.

Your application must include:
- Your Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- A cover letter of no more than 300 words detailing why you should be awarded an International RiverFoundation Symposium Subsidy
- Proof of your country of residence.
This is an application only. If you are accepted, you will still be required to register for the conference and make payment within 14 days.
If you have already been invited to receive the subsidy, you do not need to complete this form. Please register for the conference.
